Coconut (crush) 1 Cup
Ghee (1/2 Cup)
Cream (3 tbsp)
Sugar (1/2 Cup)
2 Eggs
Mix Nuts (1/2 Cup)
(Almond, Pistachio, Cashews, Raisins or any)
Method:
Heat ghee in pan and add crushed coconut. Cook till it turns a nice light brown color.
Add sugar and mix well
Next add cream and cook.
Next beat eggs and add. Cook until ghee separates.
Add all nuts and serve hot.
