Chicken 1 cup (boiled shredded)
Potatoes 2-3 (Boiled)
Mix veg (Boiled and grated )
(Peas, Capsicum, Carrot)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
mixture of mozzarella & cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 Egg Whisked
1 Cup Bread Crumb
Method:
Take 1 Cup boiled shredded Chicken
Grate potatoes, grate a mixture of mozzarella & cheddar Cheese
In a bowl add boiled potatoes, boneless chicken, all veges and all the dry ingredients
Mix the ingredients well, till add spices are combined
Make round balls with the mixture - leave in the fridge for 30 minutes or so
Dip the balls in the egg, making sure they are fully coated
Roll the balls in the crumbs, making sure its fully coated
Heat enough oil in a pan to deep fry the balls. Once hot add the balls to the hot oil and fry till golden
Remove to a kitchen paper lined plate
Remove to serving plate, serve with ketchup or any dip of your choice
