Chicken Pizza Recipe Corner
Guys here I am going to start a chicken recipe corner to share your favorite Chicken recipes. I love all chicken recipes but my favorite recipe is Chicken pizza.
Chicken Pizza Recipe Ingredient
1. 1 pound of boneless/skinless chicken breasts - Cut the chicken into 1-inch strips
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 1 pre-baked Italian bread shell crust
4. 1/4 quarter cup of prepared pesto
5. 1 large tomato (chopped)
6. 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed
7. 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella + asiago with roasted garlic cheese
Chicken Pizza Recipe Direction
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken in oil
3. Spread the pizza crust with pesto.
4. Top the pizza crust with chicken.
5. Spread the chopped tomato on top of the chicken.
6. Spread the beans on top of the chopped chicken.
7. Spread the cheese on top of the beans.
8. Place the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
