I would recommend eating 5-6 meals aday just not the size of normal meals. However I know this is hard to keep with a hectic schedule. So on your 3X a day schedule I would recommend....

Breakfast:
Couple of eggs glass of milk or juice and toast with peanut butter
or
Healthy cereal glass of milk and some fruit

Lunch
Low fat meat such as turkey or chicken sandwhich healthy drink and some fruit or other healthy snack type food
or
A salad with low fat dressing and eggs or meat

Dinner
Chicken breast, pasta, some sort of beef, Salad with meat, something of that nature.

If your hungry at night try some cottage cheese or jerky etc. just keep the fat and cals low
Of course you can have a treat if you don't want keep healthy at every meal or just need a break just try for healthier options like baked chips

And don't forget you don't need to give up all junk foods if your not looking to be a fitness model.
