Chocolate wafers crushed 2cups
Melted Butter 2Tb-sp
Unsalted Cream cheese 10 oz
Self Raising flour 2tbsp
Eggs 4
Cooking Chocolate 4oz
Evaporated milk ¼ cups
Vanilla essence 1tsp

Direction To Make:
Crush the chocolate wafers and make the crumbs. Pour the melted butter and mix well. Take 9 inch spring form pan. Put the crushed chocolate wafers in it and press it. Keep it as side.
Now beat lightly the cream cheese. Add the sugar in 3three parts and beat it on normal speed. Add eggs one by one and keep it beating. When it gest fluffy add flour and pinch of salt. Add melted cooking chocolate, evaporated milk and vanilla essence and mix thoroughly. Pour in on the pan in which you have fixed the chocolate wafers.
Bake it for 50 to 60 minutes on 325 degrees. Take out from oven and let it cool on room temperature for 30 to 40 minutes.
Topping Ingredients for German Chocolate Cheese Cake:
Evaporated Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Egg yolks 3
Butter ¼ cup
Roasted coconut 1/2 cup
Roasted nuts ½ cup
Chocolate crushed for garnishing.
On medium low heat put the saucepan and combine butter, milk, egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stir it on medium heat until it get thick. Now add coconut and nuts. Pour It on German chocolate cheese cake. And Garnish with chocolate. Store it in refrigerator for 8 hours. Yummy German Chocolate cheese cake is ready.
