oily fish are rich in DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid that is essential for optimum brain performance and memory. Try to eat fish three times a week and take a good-quality fish oil supplement.

Eggs are one of the best sources of choline, an important nutrient used to produce acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in memory.
