I liked the tips which has been shared here regarding losing weight. But I think along with that physical exercise like yoga and meditation is must which helps to burn calories and makes you fit.

If you want to weight loose, try to do exercise and eat along to light diet or in simple terms, no processed food, as little sugar as possible. You have shared great information regarding health, i liked it.

Fatty foods and lack of exercise caused fatness and weight gain. Avoid all high protein food like meats, nuts, grains, cheese, fast foods, fried and dairy products. Go for walking, running, cycling, practice push ups, bench press and chair squat. It burns fat,make strong bones and muscles, boost energy, improve heart functions and improve fitness.
