Yup I agree with Fedrin. Vitamin A improves skin condition like acne or psoriasis.

I was really unaware of the vitamins for the skin, thanks for sharing the information. For good skin I used to drink 4-5 liter of water.

Vitamins are very important to grow your skin. Vitamin A is very good for dry and scaly skin. Vitamins E and C clear acne, pimples from your face and keep your skin smooth and soft.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables these are high in vitamins.
