
INGREDIENTS :
Boneless Chicken – ½ k (cut in 2 inches of cubes)
Salt – to taste
Lemon juIce – 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Raw Papaya – 1 tbsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Green masala:
Green chillies – 8
Fresh Coriander ground – 1 tbsp
Mint leaves – 6

How To Cook Chicken Malai Boti :
Apply all given ingredients on chicken pieces and
leave for at least ½ an hour. Skew on skewers and bake
in oven on 180ºC for 30 to 35 minutes and give smoke
of charcoal or cook in pan or BBQ.
