1.It is great for weight loss. You may think that because walking seems easy that it isn&undefined;t the best weight loss tool.
2.It clears your mind.
3.It lowers cholesterol levels. For people who have high cholesterol levels walking can be a saving grace.
4.It keeps your bones strong. As we age we lose bone mass. Unfortunately there isn&undefined;t much we can do except get plenty of calcium and physical activity.
5.It gives you time to socialize with friends. Spending time with friends and family does so many good things for your health.
