
Ingredients
Pasta ½ packet
Chicken breast sliced ½ kg
Fruit cocktail 1 tin
... Capsicum 1
Onion chopped 1
Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
Oil 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Lemon skin ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Fresh cream ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
Oregano 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp

Method
• Boil the pasta and keep aside. Now cut the chicken into slices.
• Heat oil in a wok and add in ginger garlic paste. Seconds later, add in the chicken and cook until tender.
• Now add in chopped cocktail fruit, capsicum, medium sized onion, chopped parsley, lemon skin, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• Add in oregano, fresh cream and boiled pasta. Mix everything well.
• Finally, add in the grated mozzarella cheese and serve.
