
Ingredients
5 eggs, boiled
140gm brown sugar
... 100 ml fish sauce
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp oil
3 onions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
5 fresh red chilies, sliced
Coriander leaves to garnish


Method
Combine brown sugar, fish sauce, tamarind paste, heat in a pan and keep aside. Heat oil, add onions, garlic, red chilies and fry for a minute, add the eggs, sauté and before serving halve the eggs and pour the sauce over, mix and sprinkle with chopped coriander
