Mint 2 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Lemon seasoning powder ½ tsp
Pita bread 1/2 to 1
Cooking Directions
*Finely chop tomato, onion, cucumber, salad leaves, parsley and coriander.
*In a bowl, add olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, lemon seasoning powder and salt.
*Mix well and add chopped vegetables.
*Now cut one pita bread in squares and deep fry till golden and crisp.
*Add the crispy fried pita bread to salad.
*Delicious fattoush salad is ready to serve.
