Should I drink the cool water or hot water? I saw a report says that drink cool water in the morning do bad to the healthy.

Drinking of water early in the morning is very much beneficial. It helps in boosting metabolism. Most of the organs in the body requires water and thus water in the morning helps to remain fresh throughout the day. It also helps kidneys to function more effectively by flushing waste products out from the body.
