Potatoes is a very low-budget snack and also has easy cooking effort. Serve hot to enjoy its real smacking taste.

Ingredients
Potatoes 1 kg (boiled cut into small cubes)
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Jaggery 4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds crushed 2 tbsp
All spice ½ tsp
Oil 1 cup
Curry leaves 25
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Cooking Directions
*Heat oil add curry leaves with small boiled potatoes and fry for 10 minutes till light golden.
*Then add tamarind juice mixed with jaggery, red chili powder, coriander crushed, cumin, all spice, mix all well till thick.
