Chcken and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Chicken pieces (boneless) 350 grams

Basmati rice 2 1/2 cups

Eggs 2

Yellow food colouring a pinch

Spring onion

(chopped, green part only) 1 cup

Chicken stock 1 cup

Soya sauce 2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Oil 1/2 cup + for frying



Method:

Par-boil rice and spread on a newspaper.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Boil stock until 1/4 cup remains.
Mix yellow food coloring in eggs; beat; fry vigorously and cut finely.
Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pot; fry chicken till it changes color.
Add stock, rice, soya sauce and salt; mix.
Add eggs and spring onions and put on dum.
Serve hot.

This recipe is new for me. I never tried this chicken and egg recipe but now i will try this. It is looking tasty and delicious. All ingredients are healthy. Keep sharing new kind of recipes.
