Ingredients
Crust:
1 Cup butter, softened
3 Cup flour
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
Filling:
3 Cup pecan halves or chopped pieces
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup whipping cream
3/4 Cup butter
1/2 Cup honey

Directions
For crust, mix butter, brown sugar, flour, and egg until blended. Press evenly into 15 by 10 by
3/4-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
For filling, sprinkle pecan halves evenly over crust. In large, heavy saucepan, melt butter; addhoney and brown sugar; stir to dissolve.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium high heat and let boil for 5-7 minutes, or until mixture reaches a rich caramel color. Remove from heat and stir in whipping cream. Combine thoroughly. Pour caramel mixture over pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done; cool and serve.
