The salwar kameez or salwar suits is the most popular south asian dress for women and men. Indo-western clothing is essentially fusion fashion of western and pakistani or indian clothing. Indian and pakistani trouser suit is a variation on the salwar kameez theme. The trouser salwar suit represents indo-western clothing that is very popular in urban pakistani clothes and also indian clothing. Short tunic(replaces kameez) and dupatta, coupled with straight paints (replaces salwar) are typical with trouser suit.
