Best exercise for fitness

There are lot of exercises but i suggest some exercises for you people.
1.Walking
2.Running
3.Swimming
These are best exercises and you can do easily.These are healthy exercises and best for weight lose and fitness.

Swimming

Swimming is considered the best exercise in which your entire body muscles involved in activity. You can easily lose weight by swimming.If you don't know how to swim then you should seek for a trainer first instead of jumping in pool with no experience.Once you have confidence make swimming your routine. it will keep you healthy smart and hard working individual.

I totally agree with you.Running is the best exercise that can be done regularly to remain fit and healthy.You can do walk of 45 minutes five times a week.

Yoga is the best fitness exercise I ever know.It is both meditation and exercise.Other than that cycling and swimming is also good.

Thanks for sharing about fitness exercises. In my opinion running and walking are best exercises for fitness. A person can get fitness easily with doing these exercises regularly.

I think there are some exercises that can be done like Running and swimming
. These are also good for health and fitness .
