I'm Healthy
I eat everyday vegetables, fruits, and do sport 3 times per week - And I feel very good
Of course I smoke Marlboro with my friends in weekend, but I'm healthy

Hey thanks for sharing this one info at the forum... Your post is really helpful in losing weight and have the much valuable info in that post.... Yap you are right fruits and vegetables are much helpful, water and better one exercise are much helpful also in this session....

Well I admire the information that you people have shared with me . I would like to add more as follows
- Eat quality and better food that will be helpful to lose weight
- Drink Clean water which will reduce weight rapidly
- Some Sort of Exercises such as yoga and running would also be helpful in weight losing

Here are some tips for the weight loss.
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil
