Its simple... Here is how it works !

The first poster makes a wish and the next poster has to add an ironic and funny consequence to that wish and also make a wish of his/her own.

For ex:-

[My Wish]
I wish I was wise...

[Next Poster Replies]
Granted ! But first you've gotta stop being contagious with your dumbness all around...
