*Milk, tapioca pearls
Calories: 230

* 1/2 cup milk (or soy, almond, or rice milk)
* 1/4 cup Tapioca Pearls (see recipe)

Hello,
The name bubble tea actually refers to the frothy drink rather than the small pearls at the bottom. The froth comes from shaking the ingredients together right inside the cup.
Thanks
