Mutton Biryani
Ingredients for biryani
Mutton - 1 kg
Onions - 2 (chopped)
Tomatoes (medium size) - 4 (chopped)
Shan meat masala - 4 tablespoons
Clove - 3
Cinnamon -3
Cardamom -2
Bringe leaves - 3
Green Chillies - 8 (cut into lengthwise)
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tablespoons
Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
Curd - 4 tablespoons
Oil - 5 tablespoons
Ghee - 4 tablespoons
Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
Rice - 4 cups
Water - 8 cups
Cooking method for mutton biryani:
Wash and clean the mutton. Cut into medium size and cook it in the pressure cooker for 3 whistle. Keep aside for later use. Soak the basmati rice for 10 minutes. Take the pan and heat oil and butter. Add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bringe leaves, onions, and green chillies fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste for 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes saute it for few minutes and add curd. Add the mutton pieces, shan meat masala, lime juice and cook until the oil comes out. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the rice and 8 cups of water. When it begins to boil, reduce the flame to simmer and pressure cook for 1 whistle. It takes about 10 minutes. Enjoy your mutton biryani and post your comment in the comment section below.
