It is not 100% dear Arslan & Chandoo, becuase Larkian apni mehfil may bhi khopb make-up karti haiN jahan larkay nahee hotay. Make up karna Larki/Aurat ki Fitrat hay, It is my opinion...

Straight Forward answer is that
Girl Wear Make "And as the way they feel Confident among people" either Girls or boys,

Make is a basic and foremost easy tool to get attention of others :wink: :wink:
