A visual or an installation that could plead them for some sense should do the trick (since instructions are for those who follow them). On a transit route, 26 km of the Minsk highway in Odintsovo, Russia, a giant installation – shaped like a bottle, and filled with warped, dismantled cars – aims to spread an awareness toward the ill effects of drunk driving on a car.
