phone freeze sim unavailable

i hv bought a new samsung gt-s3650 and it was requesting network lock and i have punched the wrong number now is saying phone freeze sim unavailable . what can i do

call ur customer care nd ask the puk code of ur sim

at the back of ur sim there will be a num give that num to ur service provider he`ll ask ur sim details nd give u the puk code or else change the sim insert new sim ur cell is on!!!!

Yes, IF u will call to network supporter ,then they will break it else give u new sim with same number for nominal cost only......
