First of all i welcome you on xcitefun.net forum
And about your question, you may have noticed that your posts are approved with in an hour and there has never been an incident that some post was not approved for 10 days
And there is at least one moderator on the site in the day. You can see the online members which have their user name in green.
However, user suggestions are always welcome and they are encouraged to participate in the forum. I have come across your posts and they are nice ones. However you need some tweaks for them which our moderators will be telling you time to time.
