WebKut is an AIR application that allows you to capture Web pages, orparts of them in a very simple way. It provides you 3 capture options:the entire page, the current view, or only a selection.

As an example of cross-platform Adobe AIR development, WebKut, afree screenshot application, is a cool-looking experiment. As afunctional screenshot tool, it's a little cursory. It does deservepoints for originality. Unlike most OS-specific screen-capture tools,WebKut operates wholly within the application environment. The simple,sleek, contained interface slices the process into two steps and oneset of extras, all navigable from the main interface.

We liked being able to search Google within the app if we weren'tsure about the URL, but disappointed we couldn't bookmark pages forlater reference. Similarly, while we appreciated choosing among threecapture modes, the sparse settings were limited to file type, imageratio and quality, and choosing the folder for output. Previewing andediting images within the app should be essential, not absent, andWebKut offers no prompt to title the file uniquely. Windows usersaccustomed to extensive options in freeware capture apps like GadwinPrintScreen will especially find WebKut's output management and narrowWeb-only focus lacking, though the snappy interface is worthy ofadmiration.
