The TV-HR mode is the highest of the five video shooting modes that delivers a VGA image resolution of 640×480 pixels and a bit rate of 6Mbps. While the advanced face detection function is capable of recognizing four people in a shot and focuses on their faces.

The CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) sensor works faster than CCD (charge couple device) image sensor. As a result users will be able to capture videos at 60fps. The camera further supports MPEG4 AVC/H.264 compression for video files.
The 8-megapixel camera is also capable of capturing still images at 4,000 x 3,000 pixels resolution.
