OK, there are a lot of schemes floating about in cyberspace focusing on losing weight rapidly or without work. There are essentially three ways to lose weight: diet and exercise, surgery, or chemicals. The first is the best and truest method. The second is extremely risky, and carries a chance of complications, pain, and restrictions. The last is usually unhealthy and risky, and will always cause you to burn more muscle than you do fat! Any other method is just simple voodoo; even if you experience a placebo effect, the results will most likely be small and temporary. I just have to say buddy, that you have to bite the bullet and stick to a diet and exercise, the more you exercise the more you'll be able to eat what you want; don't forget that muscle burns fat just by existing!
