Despite a decidedly corny name and somewhat inutile keypad layout, the Crystal Prism is a unique device with customizable back lighting in 49 different colors. Graphic artist Frederique Dubal who has worked extensively on graphic and textile design on campaigns with Nike in the Netherlands, Sony's Playstation in France, and Paul Smith in the UK, collaborated with Nokia on the laser-etched graphic designs and exclusive wallpapers available for the handset.
With a 2 mega pixel camera, built in MP3 player, EGPRS/GPRS web browsing, and 1 GB of internal memory, this 3G quadband GSM phone is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2008. It will carry with it an estimated retail price of €375 before taxes and subsidies.
