Beatie, the Organ Man was inseminated with a donor’s sperm at his home by his wife. He became pregnant through artificial insemination, gave birth Sunday to a healthy baby. He decided to get pregnant because his wife, Nancy, had a hysterectomy years ago. Beatie, 34 used to be a woman legally became a man 10 years ago after a having a gender changing operation but kept his female sex organs.
