Chicken boneless ½ kg
Macaroni 1 packet (boiled)
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic cloves 4 (minced)
Cauliflower 1 cup (cut it vertically)
Ginger 1 piece (thinly sliced)
Capsicum 1 (thinly sliced)
Green Onions 2 (thinly sliced)
Green Chilies 2 (thinly sliced)
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Cooking Directions
Heat oil, sauté minced garlic then and add boneless chicken and cook it on high heat.
When the water of the chicken evaporates, then add vegetables and cook it on high flame for 1 minute.
Then add black pepper, salt, red chili powder, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and mix it properly and then add boiled macaroni.
Turn off the flame and mix in cheddar cheese. Dish it out and serve.
