Kitchen LEAF - Innovative Hi-Tech Modern Kitchen
Dutch company Culimaat High End Kitchens revealed new hi tech modern kitchen design. Inspired by nature The LEAF Kitchen, well-equipped with a complete set of modern appliances. The design cleverly hides them when not in use but they're still within an arm's reach. Storage space was created in the wall units, and it's where the oven, steamer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and wine cooler are also installed.
To construct LEAF, Culimaat used a material called HI-MACS, which is a smooth, non-porous acrylic stone that's heat resistant; it made the graceful curves of the kitchen island possible and created joints that are virtually invisible. There are some great, hi-tech aspects of LEAF, including drawers that are electronically opened or closed and a special touch control surface for the embedded stove hobs. This means an overall lack of visual clutter while evoking a sense of tranquility throughout the space.
