1 lb Lean Lamb Mince
2 Medium White Onions
1 Cup Frozen Garden Peas
1-2 Tomatos
1 tablespoon of Ginger/Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds – Coarsely crushed
Salt to taste
4-6 Fresh Green Chillies
1 Cup Oil
METHOD
1. Heat oil in a wide based non stick pan
2.Add the mince, peas chopped onions to the oil and cook for 9-10 minutes on a high heat till the water has dried up
3. Next ginger garlic paste and all spices except salt and cook for another few minutes to get rid of the meaty smell - keep mixing
4. Chop 2 green chillies, slit the remainder and chop the tomatoes
5. Add tomatoes and all the chillies add to the pot and mix well
6. Cook for a couple more minutes till the tomatoes disintegrate
