Katy Perry Tumbles: Drives into a Giant Cake at MTV's Award

Katy Perry dives into a giant cake while performing at MTV's Latin America Awards in Guadalajara, Mexico last night. In celebration of the show's 15th birthday, the controversial singer finish her fantastically performance with her smash hit, I Kissed A Girl. As part of a planned stunt, she throwing herself onto a giant cake. However, the performance didn't exactly go according to plan as she was slipping and crashing head first into the stage floor. Katy couldn't even stand up by hitting the floor over and over again. She end up crawling off the stage on her hands and knees.
