The exterior of the HP TouchSmart 610-1150y differs from the previous HP TouchSmart 610-1065qd ($1,789.99 list, 5 stars) in subtle, barely noticeable ways. Both are 23-inch all-in-one desktop PCs with touch screens, and both will tilt forward about five degrees and tilt back 60 degrees for a comfortable touch-screen experience. (That way, you can rest your hands on the screen's bezel, averting fatigue).
