Salt 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp
Yogurt whipped 4 tbsp
Melted ghee 2 tbsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Melted ghee for brushing
Cooking Directions
Sieve together flour and salt in a bowl.
Add in yeast, yogurt, melted ghee, chopped garlic, onion seeds, chopped coriander and knead to a soft dough with water.
Pre heat oven to 230 degree C, place a tray in the oven to heat.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured flat surface.
Split the dough into 3 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
Cover oiled plastic and leave to rise.
Roll into a tear drop shape 10 inches long.
Place on a hot baking sheet and onto the oven tray and bake for 5 minutes until top slightly brown.
Brush with melted butter or ghee.
Wrap them in a towel to keep warm.
