i LOve tea. it helps me relax. the theanine extract in larger quantities, such as in the 100 mg capsules is too much for me. Drinking a cup or more of tea is a good amount of the theanine.. lipton tea bags say they have 10 mg of theanine a bag.. somehow i can drink many many cups and not get as tired as just a pinch of the straight extract seems to make me. After drinking coffee, tea puts the jitters awayyy. wooo for tea.
