12 Lamb Chops
6-8 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Chaat Masala
1 tablespoon Chilli Flakes
1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
2 tablespoon Mango Powder (Amchoor)
4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Degi Kashmiri Mirch Powder
Salt to taste
NOTE: If u use Mutton or Goat meat, the chops will not cook well and be chewy & rubbery rather than soft n juicy – so use Lamb chops to get the best taste
METHOD
1. Wash and drain the chops in a colander
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together
3. Rub onto the chops making sure they are fully coated
4. Next add the oil and lemon juice and mix well
5. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours - overnight works best
6. Heat oil in a large wide based non stick frying pan
7. Once its nearly smoking hot add the chop
8. Cook for 1-2 minutes & turn the side and add any leftover marinade and keep turning and basting with oil and marinade as you cook further
9. Cook chops till done to your preference
10. Remove and serve immediately
