For being heal and healthy you should:

Awake up early in the morning and go for morning walk.
Do some exercise regularly.
Eat healthy foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat more fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Keep your environment neat and clean.
Avoid drinking and smoking.
Take proper sleep.

Eat fruits and vegetables like
apple,
Orange,
Mangoes,
Banana,
These fruits are full of vitamins and other essential minerals.
Doing simple and meaning full exercise for 30 mints 4 to 3 time per week,
Go walk for 1 km...

Healthy meal should consist of protein, bread, fruit and water. However, little bit of sweet help to digest meal well.

Sorry, But I eat fruits daily and also take a proper diet.
still I always feel weakness and and never feel like active.

Becoming fit requires motivation and determination. Eating healthy and regular exercise.
