The Dell ST2010 20-inch HD Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor can be connected via VGA or HDMI.It is actually an entry-level LCD screen that features HDMI and VGA inputs with a maximum resolution of 1600 x 900 (16:9 aspect ratio), 5 millisecond response time, 1000:1 contrast, 250 nits of brightness level, and a 160-degree viewing angle.Currently, the ST2010 is listed in Hong Kong at about $140 but hopefully it will become available in other markets very soon.
