Cow

Cow's milk is considered best, when it comes to vitamin D. Sheep

A sheep's milk is the most difficult milk to obtain as sheep is not considered a human-friendly animal. Goat milk smells bad.
Cow milk is the one that they use in most of the milk-products like ice creams, chocolates, cheese etc. I prefer cow milk.
