1 lb boneless chicken cut into strips
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1 tablespoon Ginger/Garlic Paste
2 tablespoon Onion Paste
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ teaspoon Tomato Puree
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
Handful of Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt & Chilli Powder to taste

METHOD
1. Heat oil in a non stick wok
2. Add onion paste, ginger/garlic paste, chicken and turmeric powder mix well and cook on high heat
3. Next add cumin & mustard seeds
4. Cut Peppers into long strips and add
5. Next add chilli powder and tomato puree and mix well, cook for a few more minutes
6. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves
7. Serve with boiled rice
