
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Rice ½ kg
Onion 1
... Spring Onion 250 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green chilies 2
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Red Chilies 1 tsp
Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Oil ½ cup

Method:
• First of all in a saucepan add ½ kg chicken, ½ tsp yellow color, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic and 1 tsp red chili powder. Cook for a while.
• When the meat gets tender, shredded them.
• In frying pan heat oil, add 1 onion and cook until light brown.
• After this add ½ kg rice, 1 cup water, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 green chilies and 2 tbsp vinegar. Cook for a while.
• Now simmer and cook on low flame while adding chicken, 250 grams spring onions.
• In the end turn off the flame and serve Hot Chicken Bon Bon Rice.
