Add vegetables and fruits in your diet chart.

Drink 12-16 glass of water daily.

Avoid excess eating of fried things.

Try to buy meat which contain less fat.

Avoid excess sugar in tea and coffee.

Slice vegetables into big pieces, so that it won’t loose vitamins.
