1/2 cup water or as required
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup spinach, finely chopped
2 green chilies, thinly sliced
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp Pomegranate Seeds,
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 big potato, sliced
salt to taste
6 naans
1. Take besan and mix with water, onion, potato, spinach if you like, spices, salt, pepper, here you form the naan.
3. Spread the besan mix on the naan after u put it on the stove.
4. Fry it till cooked well
6. Serve with yogurt and mint chantni.
