4 Eggs
ghee
Sugar 1 cup
Coconut 1 cup (crushed)
Any nuts 1/2 cup
(almond, pistachio)
Heat a pan add ghee and beson and fry till it changes its color
Mix sugar in eggs and add into pan and keep stirring
Add coconut and nuts
Keep cooking till mixture leaves ghee and is coming together, you will get a lovely fragrance by now
Spread mixture in a dish garnish it
Leave to cool and set
Cut it diagonally to make diamond pieces or squares
Place in serving Dish and serve
