Pakistan cruise through to the semi-finals of the Cricket World Cup after a gap of 12 years with a dominant 10-wicket win over West Indies thanks to another fine bowling performance from captain Shahid Afridi.
For the first time in the tournament, Pakistan openers raked up a 100-run partnership. M Hafeez scored an unbeaten 61 while Kamran Akmal contributed 47 runs in the opening wicket partnership, as they chased West Indies' total of 112 runs in just 20.5 overs.
