Uthappa was way away from the stumps when the stumps were broken by Sreesanth. In fact Uthappa's legs appear only after the stumps were broken. Your allegations were completely baseless and is based on hearsay. In fact Taufel had a good view and only after he was convinced he gave it out. It was neither a mistake or anything, India deserved to win the game and Pakistan lost it. It's as simple as that.
